Returns: In order to
make a return you must contact customer service at 773-889-8376 to receive a return authorization number.
We will not issue any credits or refunds for any items sent to us
without a return authorization number. In order to return a product for full or partial refund, the product must be
returned in the original packaging unused and unopened. Items may be
returned within 30 days of purchase if above condition applies.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and Handling charges
are absolutely not refundable for any reason. There will be no COD returns
accepted at our offices. Once the product is inspected and
determined it is in new, unused, and original condition, we will
send a refund with the same process at payment was made.
Some items may be subject up to a 25% or $5 restocking fee
(whichever is higher), please

EBay Returns: In order to make a return
on any Brand New (NIB) item purchased through EBay you must contact
customer service at 773-889-8376 to receive a return authorization number.
In order to return a product for full or partial refund, the product must be
returned in the original packaging unused and unopened. Items may be
returned within 15 days of purchase if above condition applies.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and Handling charges
at the time of purchase are absolutely not refundable for any reason. There will be no COD returns
accepted at our offices. Once the product is inspected and
determined it is in new, unused, and original condition, we will
process a refund by the same process that the payment was made.
Some items may be subject up to a 25% or $5 restocking fee
(whichever is higher), all PayPal
fees and or all eBay fees including listing and selling fees will be
deducted from the refund amount, please
inquire.
Cancelled Orders: In
order to cancel an order that was already submitted on line the customer
must contact customer service at 773-889-8376 to receive an order cancellation reference number. This
will cancel an order and prevent it from being shipped. If an order has
already been shipped please refer to our return policy.
Damaged Products:
In the event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated in the
original listing when purchased, the customer may claim up to the amount
of the purchase price bid, plus all shipping costs and packing/handling
fees related to that item up to the amount of insurance purchased on the
package. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact The
Vac Shop North, Inc. for an RA number and mail the item back in the same
condition and in the same original packaging that it was received. All
refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.
Wrong Item Shipped:
In the unlikely event that a item is shipped other than what was ordered
the seller is responsible to pick up the incorrect item and reship a
corrected item once the original item is received back in our office.
The product must be returned in the original packaging and unused.
Once the item is inspected and determined it is the wrong item that was
shipped, in new, unused, and original condition, we will reship the
corrected item at no charge to the buyer. In the event the buyer decides
that they do not want the item reshipped at no charge, we will issue a
refund for the through the same process at payment was made. The refund
will be for the product only, as mentioned above, shipping and handling
charges are absolutely not refundable for any reason.
Refund Buyers Remorse
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason
which is not mentioned above, the customer must contact us for an RA
number (Return Authorization) and mail the item back in
the same condition that it was received. The Vac Shop North, Inc. will
refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 25% or $5 restocking
fee (whichever is higher). The Vac Shop North, Inc. will NOT refund any
shipping, packing, insurance or handling fees. All returns must be sent
by mail, to confirm receipt, and may not be delivered in person.
