Returns: In order to make a return you
must contact customer service at 773-889-0300 to receive a return authorization number.
In order to return a product for full or partial refund, the product must be
returned in the original packaging unused and unopened. Items may be
returned within 30 days of purchase. if above condition applies.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and Handling charges
are absolutely not refundable. There will be no COD returns
accepted at our offices. Once the product is inspected and
determined it is in new, unused, and original condition, we will
send a refund with the same process at payment was made.
Some items may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee, please
inquire.
EBay Returns: In order to make a return
on any Brand New (NIB) item purchased through Ebay you
must contact customer service at 773-889-0300 to receive a return authorization number.
In order to return a product for full or partial refund, the product must be
returned in the original packaging unused and unopened. Items may be
returned within 15 days of purchase if above condition applies.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and Handling charges
at the time of purchase are absolutely not refundable. There will be no COD returns
accepted at our offices. Once the product is inspected and
determined it is in new, unused, and original condition, we will
process a refund by the same process that the payment was made.

deducted from the refund amount, please

Cancelled Orders: In order to
cancel an order that was already submitted on line the customer must contact customer service
at 773-889-0300 to receive an order cancellation reference number. This
will cancel an order and prevent it from being shipped. If an order has
already been shipped please refer to our return policy.
