Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping service via UPS, FedEx and USPS. We offer our customers the following shipping options:
We ship Worldwide via UPS, UPS Ground, USPS.  If you would prefer a different form of shipment than what is listed, please contact us by by phone or email. We can also arrange for local pickup only (no shipping charges) just a small handling charge.

  • Domestic Orders (Excl. Alaska & Hawaii): UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and United States Postal Service (priority).

  • Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and United States Postal Service (priority).

  • International Orders: UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, USPS Worldwide Express Plus

  • In order to expedite the shipping process and  save the buyer some time and possibly money we may also change the shipping method that is chosen in the original purchase to one we feel is best for the item shipped in a timely manner.  For example from UPS to FedEx or UPS to USPS.

  • General Packaging & Shipping: Some of the items that we send through UPS, FedEx or the Post Office may require additional packing material to protect it from damage. We may need to open a factory sealed box or case to insert this packing material.  Some packaging may vary from photo. Manufactures change colors and design on a regular basis.

Shipping Time: The merchandise normally will be shipped out 2 - 7  Business days after payment is  received.  Some high demand items may go on backorder for a short period of time or may be necessary to have item drop shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse.

 

Domestic Handling Time: For  3 Day,  2 Day Air, Next Day Air the domestic handling time is a minimum 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Please (Click Here) for details.

Calculating Shipping Cost: It's easy to calculate shipping costs on our Web site before you purchase a product.  Just follow the steps below. Any item listed as Free Shipping is free for UPS ground or USPS Priority only. If Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day is selected, charges for the service will be added to the product total at the time of shipping.  

  • Add your items to the shopping cart (Login to your account or create a new account).

  • Complete the first three steps of the checkout process to view your shipping cost.

  • If the item is listed as Free Shipping and you would like it shipped other than UPS Ground you can call us at 800-353-9991 or calculate the shipping charges at www.myups.com.

  • We offer shipping discounts to buyers who purchase multiple items at once and pay for them together. You can save money on shipping by buying multiple items from us, though the minimum shipping charge for multiple items is still $5.99.

  • Be sure to include 5.99 for shipping which is the minimum for any part order, fax, phone or through our secure shopping cart. 

  • If a minimum shipping charge for a part order does not show in the shipping total of the shopping cart, it will be added to the total when the order is shipped.

  • Note: Shipping discounts are offered directly from us,  and are subject to change at any time. Shipping discounts only apply to domestic shipments.

  • By clicking on the "check out" button it tells us that you agree to these terms and shipping charges.

  • All shipping charges and product prices are subject to change without notice.

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you you will be emailed  the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.
